With over 20 years of experience in stakeholder communications, Dr. Keera is a visionary, educator, behavioral analyst, speaker, trainer, coach, and change strategist who is passionate about helping leaders achieve lasting change.
As a naturally introverted trailblazer herself, Dr. Keera understands the struggle of finding one's identity and voice. That's why she loves helping ambitious high-performers break through skepticism and over analysis paralysis to dominate in business and in life. With her practical application of behavioral science research and expertise in leading complex business transformations, Dr. Keera empowers leaders to obtain maximum results and team performance through the principles of “serving from the overflow”, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership skills.
Dr. Keera earned her doctoral degree in education specializing in global training and development and is certified in change management, facilitation, and leadership coaching for the DISC Behavioral Style with Motivators Assessment, the Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0, EQ360) Assessments, and the Personality Style at Work (PSAW) Assessment.
She's also the founder of the Visionary Mindset SystemTM and the D-PART Model for Unapologetic Trailblazing.
